Role: Project manager retail

Project manager for developing 5 000 sqm retail space in one block in a large shopping centre in Göteborg. The assignment was about to create a masterplan to optimize areas and improve the power of attraction for the shop units. Planning and relocation of several stores.

Financial, rental and conceptual studies led to construction works started in 2012. In year 2013 the property was sold as part of the strategy and the project management continued for the new employer.
