Role: Adviser Strategic development

The assignment included planning and content for a series of meetings and workshops with the local municipality in order to identify how the central part of the municipality should be developed in terms of businesses, retail and services. Documents for decisions included existing offers, market demand, target groups, vision, trends and action plans.
