Mälarterrassen, new public building at Slussen, Stockholm

Role: Commercial specialist, concept and development.

Participating in management team for new building at Södermalmstorg including underlying spaces at the terraces towards lake Mälaren. Evaluation of different concepts and proposals for content. Estimation of conditions in terms of turnover and rental levels. Works with property legal issues in front of real estate transaction. Negotiations have led to letter of intent with real estate company Atrium Ljungberg spring 2018.
