Retail space at the new Slussen, Stockholm.

Role: Support retail specialist, pre-studies and marketing for sale.

The shopping area will be situated under ground, connecting to the metro, bus terminal, tramway and new pedestrian walks towards Old Town. Analyses of conditions and potential in economical, architectural and management aspects. Description and set up of calculations. The city of Stockholm owns the land today and intends to sale the retail space. This process will also be a part of the assignment.
